Washington Rush training at B1

During 2 days, at B1 Soccer Academy, we have carried out two training sessions for a group of players from the Washington Rush club, thanks to their collaboration with European Soccer Solutions.

ESS is a company that organizes experiences for teams, from all around the United States, here in Spain. Its leader is Todd Stauber, based at Donosti, Country Basque.

Already in February, we were able to develop another 2 training sessions for players from Kelly Walsh High School. So, it has been a pleasure to be able to enjoy again with another group of players who come to B1 Soccer Academy with great enthusiasm about training with us and discover Barcelona.

Washington Rush is a club from Everett, Washington in the United States just north of Seattle. The 07 boys team that trained with B1 is one of 8 teams in the state of Washington that participates in the United States Development Academy League, the highest level of play in youth soccer in the United States.

TRAINING SESSION

During Sunday and Monday, our B1 staff formed by Marina Schachowskoj and Didi Rodríguez was in charge of leading the training. The group did a technical warmup, rondo variations and positional activities requiring them to be always thinking about space and actions.

Our aim is to provide training sessions with activities that may be unique to there training back home to enhance their Spanish experience as a player as much as possible. The goal is making them enjoy but with a purpose to walk away from a smarter player!

All we can say is that we are delighted to continue our Partnership with ESS. We are proud to see how American players, both girls, and boys, are willing to travel the world to enjoy professional training and learn the Spanish playing style.

We hope to continue for a long term with this collaboration in order to give the other groups of players the possibility of having a unique experience!
